TBCL Ltd provides commercial strip-out, soft strip and site preparation, vinyl and signage installation, hoarding solutions, and waste management services. All services are subject to individual quotations and agreed specifications.

4. Quotations and Pricing

• All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated
• Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise
• Quotations are based on information provided and site conditions at time of survey
• Additional works or variations may incur additional charges
• Final pricing may be subject to adjustment based on site conditions

5. Payment Terms

• Payment terms are 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed
• We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments
• For larger projects, staged payments may be required
• We accept bank transfer and major credit cards

6. Health and Safety

We maintain comprehensive health and safety procedures in accordance with CDM Regulations and relevant legislation. Risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are provided for all works. Clients must provide accurate site information and ensure appropriate access arrangements.

7. Insurance

TBCL Ltd maintains comprehensive public liability and employers' liability insurance. Certificates are available upon request. We recommend clients maintain their own insurance coverage for existing structures and contents.

8. Cancellation

• Cancellations must be made in writing
• Cancellation charges may apply depending on notice period and works already undertaken
• Materials ordered specifically for a project may be non-refundable

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted works. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of TBCL Ltd or its licensors. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
